nice pool area cleanliness perfect location

The hotel is close to the MRT, this was very useful. The hotel is fresh and clean, I liked it very much. There is a very nice pool area at the hotel.

The breakfast was a little scarse for Europeans, though the hotel was new!

The room was clean upon arrival and the housekeeping staff maintained it well. The pool was a welcome amenity after a day of sightseeing and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the quietness within the rooms, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The balcony view added a nice touch to the overall experience.

The fitness room felt quite cold, a bit uncomfortable to use for an extended workout.

a romantic getaway!!!

easy access drinking water tap friendly staff

The location provided easy access to explore nearby attractions!!! the hotel avoided plastic water bottles. A drinking water tap was right in our room!!! the staff was friendly. Helen was very kind and helpful .

i found the gym and swimming pool very close to the mrt, it would have been nice to have more space to place my belongings.

the location was convenient near the metro hub and the facilities were clean

the room was small barely enough space for luggage i traveled with my mother she felt uncomfortable the bed was too high for her also breakfast lacked european options there were mainly spicy dishes i was disappointed there were no omelets or sweet pastries available

the location was awesome, right by the mrt station. the room had a comfy bed with big pillows, i liked that. there was a digital sign for 'clean room' or 'do not disturb'. the staff really helped when the aircon gave me trouble, they fixed it right up.

the staff seemed friendly and helpful, especially when i had trouble with the air conditioning. they sent someone up quickly, and i got it working without any problems. their quick response made a huge difference.

the hotel features a nice swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip. they also have a laundrette, great for doing laundry. tea making facilities and filtered drinking water were available, it made things very convenient.

the room offered filtered drinking water. it was very useful. location was convenient, it was a couple minutes from the subway. bencoolan was within walking distance.
